A visit from the vicarFeatherton House strives to provide consistent high standards of care at all times. We believe that physical, psychological, social and spiritual well being are inextricably linked and with this as a foundation, our aim is to provide a warm, friendly and homely atmosphere and at all times we respect the rights of our residents to make their own informed choices and decisions.

Featherton House staff embrace the fundamental principles of good care practice and are fully aware of their duty of care. All residents are respected as unique individuals, with person-centred care being delivered by promoting independence, privacy and dignity. In this way, we are able to respond to an individual’s needs, wishes and choices and so deliver the desired quality of life.
